"This office seems great if you don't have questions or concerns about your policies. I found this office unprofessional and even rude when I called for assistance, being told they were too busy. After several altercations, we canceled our policies only to have a new, unauthorized policy arrive in the mail with demand of payment. Neither corporate or the local office took responsibility for this phantom policy. I also could not get it canceled and was told to "just ignore it", a hard thing to do when demand for payment came in the mail and emai over several weeks. With all that went on, we never heard from our agent. We could only talk to whoever answered the phone. Not an acceptable way of doing business. If I could give less than one star, I would."
